Mansoor Ijaz the man who revealed that Hussain Haqqani was related with memogate scandal has now said that Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) is the institution which is not in the control of any one.
He said that Army effects the government through ISI.
Mansoor Ijaz said that Army will come under civil institution in next 30-40 years. He said that after the killing of Osama Bin Laden many wrong things have happened in Pakistan in which ISI is involved. According to him ISI also played role in return of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto to Pakistan in 2008.
