Karachi: Following the conclusion of a successful staging of outstanding and emphatic mega ICC World Twenty20 2012 tournament, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the World Twenty20 Sri Lanka 2012 Men’s Team of the tournament.
According to the announced list, Pakistan’s spin maestro Saeed Ajmal is the only one representing Pakistan in the World T20 team. Sri Lanka’s genius Mahela Jayawardena has been named the captain of the side while Brendon Mc Cullum, the wicket keeper.
The team consists three players from Sri Lanka, two from West Indies, two Aussies, two Indians (including 12th Man), and one each from England, Pakistan and New Zealand. Following is the detail list of players that make up the list of exceptional players,
