Cricketer Hussain Talat is Lahore’s new rising star that attracted everyone from his performance in Pakistan Under-19s. This is a brief profile to share the inspiring story and records of the young cricketer.
Hussain Talat was born in the city of Lahore on 12th December 1996. His older brother & other family members played for Ravi Club and it was them who became his inspiration. After playing tape ball cricket he also joined Ravi Club.
He made his first class debut with Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Company in 2013 and then List A debut with Agriculture Development Bank of Pakistan (ADBP). His debut in List A paved his path for professional cricket where he scored 67 on 82 balls, for a 16 year old player scoring 67 was a great achievement.

Later he was selected for Pakistan Under-19s during their tour to England. He believes that his signing with ZTBL was productive because playing with Muhammad Khalil, Imran Nazir & Saeed Ajmal helped him to nourish his skills.
His favourite cricket heroes are Salman Butt, Mike Hussey & Kumar Sangakkara. He aims to represent Pakistan in International matches and represent Greens for which he is working hard and is certain that soon he will achieve this dream.
Currently he is part of Islamabad United in Pakistan Super League (PSL) and through his batting helped reds to survive in the tournament.
