Utunes is a service offered by Ufone to its customers, whereby they can assign a tune to their numbers. So whenever your friend or family member calls you, they will listen to the assigned tune while you answer their call. The service can be installed by visiting their link on Facebook. The application will ask permission before installation after which you will have to submit your mobile number and then submit the five digit code received by you through SMS.
The service can be subscribed by messaging ‘SUB’ to 666. You can also dial 666 or visit your nearest Ufone Sales and service centre, franchise or retailer. You can also dial *666# to subscribe to Utune. Daily charges are Re 1.30 + tax/day. In case you want to unsubscribe, just write ‘UNSUB’ and send it to 666.
The Utunes offer various categories of tunes ranging from Bollywood tunes, to Pakistani, classic and English tunes. Islamic tunes are also available. A list of these tunes is available on their website, each with a dedicated code, so when you want to assign a tune then you can consult this list.
