If you are a user of mobile telecom operator then you should know how to lodge complain against any mobile company in Pakistan for unsatisfactory services or other related problems.
If you are facing network problems, poor internet or customer service, want to reclaim refund or want to complaint against misleading advertisement then you can contact the cellular network. If the problem is not resolved they you can also contact PTA to take action.
Register Complaint With Mobile Operator:
The first step should be raising the matter with your mobile matter which you can do through the following means:

3) Visiting customer care center

On successful registration of your complain a reference number will be allotted to you make sure to write it somewhere and don’t forget to ask the resolution time for the complaint.
Lodging Complaint With PTA:
Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) allows customer to lodge complaint against telecommunication if they fail to resolve the issue. So if you have registered a complaint with the mobile operator and they have failed to resolve it then contact PTA at:

Make sure that you provide the complete details of your problem including the reference number of your complaint with the mobile operator and the date on which it was made.
You can also visit the zonal offices of PTA in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, Multan and Gilgit-Baltistan to register your complaint with PTA.
