Honey is rich in vitamin B2, B3, B5, B6, other minerals and is known for anti bacterial qualities. Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants, fiber, calcium, manganese and fiber.
When both are mixed in warm water and taken daily then they lowers the bad cholesterol levels (LDL) and helps in raising the level of good cholesterol (HDL).
But no detailed research has been carried out and it still lacks significant evidence to support these claims.
