Hajj Application 2019 are now available from different banks of Pakistan from where you can get these forms and submit it through easy procedure for government scheme.
Applications are available from February 25, 2019 and the last date for submission is March 6, 2019. Computerized balloting and draw will be held on March 8.
Thousands of people will submit their application forms despite the new Hajj Policy 2019 and the increased Hajj prices.
Hajj Application Method:
The process of Hajj application is very easy & simple:
1) Visit branch of the designated Bank
2) Get your application form
3) Duly fill the application form
4) Attach the required documents
5) Submit it in the designated branch
No online application method is available.
Documents Required:
The document requirement for submission of Hajj application is Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA and International Machine Readable Pakistani Passport (IMRPP) with validity upto February 10, 2020.
Check Hajj Application Status:
After submitting your application form you can track the status through a dedicated portal of Ministry of Hajj. You can check the status of your Hajj application through your CNIC No. or Application No.
Hajj Quota:
The hajj quota for Pakistan in 2019 is 179,210 + 5,000 which is divided between government scheme and private packages at the ration of 60:40.
10,000 are reserved for senior citizens aged above 80 years. Another 10,000 seats will be reserved for those who have been unsuccessful in the last three balloting of 2016, 2017 & 2018. You can check your status for this by visiting the official website of Ministry of Hajj.
Hajj Charges:
The hajj charges and price through government scheme is as follows:
- Rs 436,975 for North Regions (Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Multan & Rahim Yar Khan)
- Rs 426,975 South Regions (Karachi, Quetta & Sukkur)
- Qurbani charges of Rs 19,451 is not included in the above cost
Hajj became expensive this year due to currency devaluation and new taxes by Saudi Arabia.
