Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has announced a major step for complex and difficult affairs of local and overseas employment as the number of people are increasing day by day who are looking for an employment. A representative of the Saudi Ministry of Manpower Ziad Al Saya said ministry will soon move their normal services to online and matters from local employees to large companies will be required to provide online services.
Representative of the Saudi Ministry of Manpower further told that we are working hard to improve services in order to provide readily available information and guidance as possible for the ministry and for all the people. Al Saya said that the future recruitment of workforce from abroad, the registration and visa services framework will be required online.
Ziad Al Saya said at a press conference presented by the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) said that the opening of new services their operations will be start in four months. He exposed while enlightening the online services that the achievement of more than 11 million electronic services during the first half of this year while 110,000 complaints of employees being received per month, 12 hours a day can get replies within 12 seconds.
Ziad Al Saya said to improve the level of service mechanism and make it useful to satisfy all parties, the new service termed “Musaned” will be applied in the local markets through recruitment organizations.
