Winter is in its full form in Pakistan and around the globe which means you are more prone to cold and flu in these days and there is nothing better than ginger tea to protect yourself.
Ginger and honey are rich in antioxidants and have antibacterial and anti-infective characteristics which prevents cold and flu and if affected then will protect you.
Take two cups of water and add one tablespoon ginger boil it for 10 minutes and add one tablespoon honey. You can also add lemon to increase the effectiveness of the tea.
Honey should also be used at breakfast and before sleeping, just add two tablespoon in water and drink it. This is a treatment for cough and will also protect you from the cold weather.
