
The current inflation has made life difficult for Pakistanis, especially with the sharp increase in ghee and cooking oil prices.
Fortunately, the federal government has decreased the prices of all ghee and cooking oil brands, including Dalda, Soya Supreme, Habib, Mezan, Eva, and Tullo, at Utility Stores.
The price reduction ranges from Rs. 5 to Rs. 76 per liter/liter. Following the utility stores’ lead, other stores have also reduced their prices.
An official notification has been issued declaring that, effective Friday, May 2, 2023, prices of Dalda, Soya Supreme, Habib, Mezan, Eva, Tullo, and all other brands will be reduced at the Utility Stores.
The price of Dalda Banaspati Ghee has been lowered by Rs. 23 per liter, bringing it down to Rs. 577 from the previous price of Rs. 600.
Similarly, the price of Dalda Cooking Oil has been reduced by Rs 25 per liter, resulting in a new price of Rs. 626 instead of the previous price of Rs. 651.
The price of Tullo Banaspati Ghee has been reduced by Rs. 18 per liter, now Rs. 570, compared to the previous price of Rs. 588.
Likewise, the price of Tullo Cooking Oil has been decreased by Rs. 18 per liter, resulting in a revised price of Rs. 620 instead of the earlier price of Rs. 638.
The price of Kashmir Banaspati Ghee is now Rs. 600, down from Rs. 605. Similarly, the price of Kashmir Canola Cooking Oil is now Rs. 649 instead of the previous price of Rs. 654.
The new price of Soya Supreme Banaspati Ghee is Rs. 545 compared to Rs. 614. Similarly, the price of Soya Supreme Cooking Oil has been reduced to Rs. 590. The reduced price of Dastak Cooking Oil has become Rs. 580 from the previous price of Rs. 605.
Similarly, the price of Mujahid Cooking Oil is now Rs. 540. The price of Maan Cooking Oil has also been decreased by Rs. 18 per liter, currently priced at Rs. 585.
