Martin Kobler ,German Ambassador to Pakistan, is famous because of his friendly nature and mingling with locals. Recently he visited Karachi where he tasted ‘Student Biryani’ for the first time.
He tweeted his experience about tasting aloo biryani for the first time in Karachi, which he believed deserved the motto of Student Biryani ‘Wow! What A Taste!”

Student Biryani is Pakistan biggest and oldest food chain of Biryani with dozens of outlets not only in Pakistan but also in Canada, Muscat, UAE & Saudi Arabia.

After he appreciated biryani, famous comedian and biryani lover Jeremy McLellan asked ‘Can I adopt the German Ambassador?”

He also feared that in 2023 the World War 3 may start between US and Germany on the issue of aloo in Biryani.

He also visited mausoleum of Quad-e-Azam in Karachi calling it a peaceful place in the center of a vibrant city. He also shared his intention to visit it again.

As usual Martin Kobler also interacted with locals in different parts of Karachi, such as in Karachi City Station.

Martin Kobler also met with the caretaker CM Fazal-ur-Rahman in Karachi discussing the upcoming general elections. He also visited Dawn’s office in Karachi to support freedom of expression and free media.
