Drinking fruit Juice is considered to be healthy but a new study has revealed that eating whole raw fruit is healthier while fruit juice are not healthy in comparison with raw fruits. The study revealed that eating juice decreases the benefits and can even increase the glucose level in blood.
The main benefit of eating raw fruits is that the pulp and fiber of the fruit is very beneficial for our health. It contains many nutrients and antioxidants which we do not get from juices.
Another benefit of raw fruit is that our body slowly digests it and receives the energy and nutrients from the fruit slowly for a longer period of time, while drinking juice boosts the energy for a short period of time.
Now a days tetrapak juices are becoming common but they are worse because they contains more flavors than real nutrients which we get from raw fruits and fresh juice.
