Taking bath daily is good for your health and your skin but there are some common mistakes which should be avoided to save your skin from adverse affects.
During winter people prefer to take bath with warm water, but what they don’t realize is the difference between warm and hot water. Dr Bailey said that hot water should be avoided for two reasons, firstly it removes natural oil from skin and secondly it brings blood circulation which may affect your skin.
After shower don’t wait longer than 3 minutes or all of the moisture from skin will be lost. After shower leave some water droplets on your skin and use moisturizes which should include ceremide, a natural oil.
