If you are a patient of high blood pressure than there are certain foods which you should avoid. But do you know there are other certain foods which you must eat to control your blood pressure?
Foods that are rich in potassium, magnesium or calcium are helpful in lowering blood pressure. White beans contains all of them and it’s considers to be the best food to lower blood pressure. Just one cup of white beans will give you 30% of magnesium, 24% of potassium and 13% of calcium you need daily.
Fat Free Plain Yogurt is also good but unfortunately it is not widely available in Pakistan, but there are varieties of such yogurts available in big marts. It provides you 49% of calcium, 18% potassium and 12% of magnesium which your body requires daily.
Peaches are also good because they contain calcium, potassium and magnesium though they are not as rich as yogurt or white beans.
