Anxiety is normal during dangerous situation or in extreme problems but if it occurs during normal conditions and in situations which can be dealt easily. It can cause increased blood pressure or panic attacks.
If you are going through anxiety disorder then there are certain foods and ingredients which you should avoid because they may increase the problem for you.
Caffeine is consumed through coffee & true but for people suffering through anxiety disorder this is not good. Completely avoiding coffee or tea should be your aim. If you can’t do so then just take one cup of tea or coffee in a day and not more.
Alcohol consumption in Pakistan is low but in western countries it is very widespread. But people suffering from anxiety should avoid this because it increases the stress and risk of panic attack.
Foods with high sugar should also be avoided because consuming such foods will disturb your sugar level with highs and lows causing more problems.
