Karachi: Muhammad Hussain Mahenti, Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi has strongly condemned the firing incident at Patel Para in which three persons namely Fayyaz, Abdur Raheem and other were killed. The funeral prayer of the victims was held at Asifa Ground near Pater Para. JI delegation comprising Karachi Ameer Muhammad Hussain Mahenti, Nasrullah Khan Shajih, Abdul Shakoor and others attended the funeral prayer.
On the occasion, Mahenti said United States and other external powers through a plan conspiracy were active to create chaos in the country. He termed the bomb blast in Quetta, a bid to spark sectarian violence in the country, however; he said the people have understood that the US and its agents were involve in such incidents.
He reiterated that the enemy wants to break the unity of nation adding bomb blast in entire country was a part of its heinous conspiracy. “The government and Law Enforcing Agencies (LEAs) due to their negligence have played with the sovereignty of the country adding bomb blasts in various parts of the country are an open prove of the failure of the government and LEAs”, he added.
He further said the Quetta, on one hand is being burnt while the bloodbath is being continued in Karachi, but the rulers are enjoying luxuries instead of taking any cohesive action. Mahenti feared that the national integrity will be in danger if the present law and order situation in twin cities is being continued. He demanded of the government to initiate probe in Quetta bomb blast and give exemplary punishment to those criminals who involved in this heinous crime. Mahenti further demanded the arrest of the killers of Fayyaz, Abdur Raheem.
