Egg is an important source of proteins and vitamins in human body. Most of the people used eggs on the daily basis, whether take it early in the morning at breakfast or eat it in lunch or dinner by making various dishes of egg. Almost all of us throw the eggshells in dustbins by considering it a waste or useless but only some of us knows that it contains vitamins which are necessary for our body.
Although there are many benefits and uses of eggshells, but we have described some of them, which are given below:
Cleaning Blood and Strengthens Organism
Take 5 eggshells and washed them, crush all the eggshells. Now take 3 liters of water and mix crushed eggshells in it. Put this mixture in fridge for almost 7 days. After 7 days, drink 2 or 3 glasses of this mixture daily. Lemon can be also added in this mixture to have a good taste.
Gastric-Ulcer
Take some amount of crushed eggshells and mix it with 2 table spoon of lemon juice. Mix one deciliter of hot milk with the eggshells when it gets soften. Drink this mixture at least 2 times a day, better to use it with empty stomach in morning and in the evening before bed time.
