A new study is claiming that eating dinner late at night, especially when you are going on bed is very harmful for health in long term.
The research also claimed that breakfast and lunch should be rich in nutrients and calories because you need that throughout the day. Regarding dinner the research said it should be light and some sort of physical activity should be involved between dinner and sleep.
The research was based on observation and study of 700 adults aging between 18 to 65 years. It concluded that people who have heavy dinners and don’t have any significant physical activities after dinner have greater chances of cardiovascular (heart related) problems.
High blood pressure and weaker heart is caused by late and heavy dinner, so avoid eating late if you want to be healthy and fit. Dinner should be rich in nutrients but low in calories.
