People believe Black heads are caused by dirt rather it is an oil created by our body to soften our skin. But when it oxides after coming in contact with oxygen it turns black. So rather than excessively washing or scrubbing your face you should do these things:
Clay can be useful if you want to get rid of black heads. Bentonite or ‘Multani’ clay is specifically used as a mask because of the benefits. Apply it on your face and let the clay dry, then wash your face. At least do use this natural mask once a week.

Egg also works good for getting rid from black heads, just remove the yolk and put the egg white on your face, put a tissue over it and leave it to dry, then put another layer of egg white over it. Once it is dry, remove the tissue and wash your face.

But do not apply these masks every day, at least leave one day in between. Washing your face daily 3, 4 times will also be helpful in stopping the black head from getting bigger.
