Peta Carige believes that to lose weight we just have to change our diet from junk foods, meets and cold drinks to vegetables and fruits.
Fruits and vegetables are rich in nutrients but are low in calories; they have lesser fat and make our tummy full with fewer calories. While junk food, meat, cold drinks are high in calories and low in nutrients which make us unhealthy and increase the cholesterol and fat level in our body.
She also revealed that only few people are maintaining the minimum required level of vegetable and fruit intake which is resulting in weak immune system and more diseases.
