These rates are exclusive of transfer and utility charges including electricity, gas & water. Development charges and other government charges which will be charged separately.
The plots from previous phase of the project are also available for sale with high returns, by each passing month the price and return on these files is increasing.
The last date for booking for the second phase of DHA Bahawalpur was April 15, 2019. During which applicants were allowed to submit their application forms for residential plots of 5, 8 Marla and 1 Kanal while applications were also accepted for commercial plots of 4 & 8 Marla.
Residential Farm Houses of 4 and 8 Kanal were also introduced for which many applications submitted their applications forms.
The balloting date for the second phase was not revealed but it is expected that after closing of application submission DHA Bahawalpur will also reveal the balloting date after which people will receive plot files.
In previous phases residential plots of 1, 2 Kanal and 5, 10 Marla were also offered along with commercial plots of 4 Marla.
