Director General Inter-Services-Intelligence (ISI) Lt Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha has left for Saudi Arabia on Monday on a emergency visit.
According to a private TV channel sources General Pasha left for Saudi Arabia on special plane sent by Saudi government.
According to the sources a high level military delegation is also accompanying with him; meanwhile General Pasha would discuss the prevailing tension between Pakistan and US after the statements of Admiral Mike Mullen and Leon Panetta with the Saudi leadership.
According to the sources it was decided in the corpse commanders’ emergency meeting on Sunday to send him in Saudi Arabia.
Meanwhile a delegation comprising Saudi intelligence officials met with the ISI chief Ahmed Shuja Pasha here Monday prior to leaving for Saudi Arabia.
According to sources, the delegation met with Pasha along with other ISI officials at the ISI. (SANA)
