Government of Sindh has decided to allot 150 acres of land to non-political & religious organization ‘Dawat-e-Islami’ for establishing an international standard University in Karachi.
According to reports many months ago Dawat-e-Islami requested the provincial government to grant them land for establishing ‘Dar-ul-Madinah International University’ but didn’t receive any positive response.
When few months ago Bilawal Bhutto visited their centre Faizan-e-Madina, the leadership of Dawat-e-Islami once against requested the allotment of land. This time PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto considered their request and finally Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah asked the Board of Revenue to work on it.
A communiqué was forwarded by Chief Minister to Sindh Board of Revenue to consider the allotment as per announcement of Bilawal Bhutto.
The land has been identified on Superhighway which will be soon granted to the trust for their religious university.
