Dajjal has been one of the most discussed topics in the Muslim world because of its severity. In Pakistan Dr. Israr is considered among those scholars who have discussed the issue of Anti-Christ in detail.
There are many narrations in which Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) discussed the coming of Dajjal, his appearances and other fitnas which are related with him. Dr. Israr not only narrates these ahadith but also practically links the coming of Anti-christ with the current environment.
The concept of anti-christ and messiah is not exclusive with Islam but Christians and Jews also believe in the coming of Anti-christ though the details between other religions and Islam are very different.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “I have told you so much about the Dajjal that I fear you will not understand. The Dajjal will be a short man, pigeon-toed, with curly hair. He will be one-eyed, with his eye neither prominent nor sunken. If you become confused about him, then remember that your Lord is not one-eyed.”
