Everyone experiences this back pain at least more than once in lifetime. Ignoring this pain can increase the pain and can also lead to some other more dangerous pain in the back part of the body. It is very much important for the person to find a cure as soon as possible for it.
So in order to get rid of the pain immediately there are many exercise through which you can cure it. Some of them are as under:
- Keep moving: if you think that the back pain can be cured by lying on a place for long time then you are wrong. As this will increase the pain. Avoid lying for long hours and when you lye keep a pillow under you knee so that you back is touched with the floor. Also try to avoid lying on your belly even in normal days.
- Lose weight: in most of the cases back pain occurs due to heavy body weight. So you have to take a liter diet in order to lose some weight.
- Keep right position every time: weather you sit on your computer chair, or in office, watch television or you sleeps stay in the correct position. While sleeping you should sleep in the side position.

I would appreciate if you could kindly let me know the complete detail about lower back pain exercise, etc as I have done my surgery 2 and half years ago L4 & L5, but again pain start, which doctor has advised the do again surgery, and I will not please advise
