LAHORE: A plane has carried out crash landing at Lahore airport. According to details, an aeroplane of Shaheen Air International carried out crash landing at Allama Iqbal International Airport of Lahore due to which 10 passengers were injured.
According to airport sources, there were over 100 passengers travelling on NL-142 flight of Shaheen Air that going to Lahore from Karachi. The sources told that the tyres of the plane were burst during landing due to the gear malfunction of the plane.
According to sources, the pilot of the plane had already informed to the airport officials about the malfunction of the landing gear. According to the spokesman of Civil Aviation (CAA), all the passengers were taken out safely through emergency gate whereas the injured ones were given medical aid immediately.
According to the twitter account of Civil Aviation (CAA), domestics flights, NL-143 flight of Shaheen Airlines, PK-303 flight of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), and PK -652 flight of PIA have been put off after the incident at Allama Iqbal International Airport of Lahore.
