Recently, many politicians has been discharged from parliament due to the fake degrees. Their degrees have been proved fake from higher education commission. The ratio of fake degree holders in parliament is in great number. This attitude shows that there are many institutes who are providing fake degrees to the people due to corruption and favoritism. Administration of the institutes indulges themselves in social evils like corruption. Similarly, there is a wide spread corruption in B.Pharmacy department of Karachi University. There are three students who are studying in Karachi University due to the corruption and favoritism in administration department (2010).

These cases show that there is a wide spread corruption in educational institutes. Administration departments are in involved in these cases which give set back to the merit system in Pakistan. I have complained to the high officials of university of Karachi with evident documents against these students five months ago. They assure me that they will take against these students but no action has been taken till now. The officials are Registrar University of Karachi, Vice Chancellor University of Karachi, Board of Advanced Studies, Chairman HEC, Member Academic Council, and Federal Education Minister. Is this justice with the other talented students? The administration of high level institutes is helping common students to get degree easily by taking bribe or favoritism. It is, then, easy for politicians to get fake degrees from any institutes of Pakistan.
I have been filed case in ombudsman sindh office since April 2010 but there is no response(No:POS/1650/10-E), I also sent all related material to Chairman Higher education commission, unfortunately there is no response. I want justice. I have mark sheets of these candidates; I have provided copies to higher authorities, University of Karachi just twisting the case. This is a sorry state of our country. I request to the President, Prime Minister, Chief Minister Sindh, Governor of Sindh, and Education Minister to take notice of educational institutes in order to maintain merit system and standard of education in our country.
