Bomb blasts can only end if the reasons leading to these blasts are addressed and it is difficult to see anyone paying attention to that. Everyone’s busy making hay even though sun has long set over the unfortunate Pakistanis. Well this is a strategic discussion what should be done in this regard to address the root problems which no body is addressing right now and all government and military leadership is following US directions, lets talk about controlling and avoiding bomb blasts at the operative level.
Bomb blasts can be semi controlled and a bit avoided at operative level, but impossible to fully avoid at operative level for fully avoiding it we need to address the root causes and to kill the root causes first. Talking about the operative level thinking first of all we have to know what have we learnt from the vast experience we’ve had to terrorism as a victim. Following things should be kept in focus:
- What investigations have we done
- How they happen
- What are common techniques
- What training have we provided to the police force and security forces,
- How much public knows what to do if they see something suspicious and
- What to look for in the first place.
In Britain schools children have been provided necessary training about terrorism and what to do in emergency only after one such incident, while pakistan faces it every day. what government regular updates are provided to public about likelihood of this happening on tv or news papers etc. What media have done to train and aware public how to avoid, report and what to do in emergencies. No one in the country takes terrorism serious in Pakistan, not even the victims or relatives of victims. we only know how to pride ourselves as shaheed after becoming victim and how to mourn. We do not know how to fight back.
We do not have realisations of our responsibilities. This 300kg bomb material came in the air that’s why no one has seen this pick up nor the driver who drove this vehicle. We are living blindly we are not bothered to watch what’s going on in neighbourhood who lives what’s their activities not bothered.
Intelligence is weak regarding the places where these India and USA led terrorists are trained in Afghanistan and some areas of Pakistan. The security forces have to attack in thier hide outs not kill the innocent people. Civilians should be targeted, the bases and camps of India in Durrand lines should be properly kept in focus. All the residences areas must have internal information system established by security agencies just like Germans Gastapos. Active intellegence network is required not this impotent type where only the information of incident is told to be happen and no counter strategy. The intelligence should focus on enemy despite banning the civilian organizations and keeping a check on civilians. In 10 years time we must have evolved a system, but we are incompetent nation and showing the same attitude as we are in other fields.
Complete exit of America is the one of the strategic solution because terrorism of America is of the root causes of bomb blasts in Pakistan. Now who will do that, i think if we bring the system of Islam that is Khilafat with a sincere leadership it can be possible, and it is only possible ‘IF’ Allah forgives us and holds our hand once again. This means even of half the Pakistanis sincerely seek forgiveness and ask for mercy from Allah, and act for a revolution and expose the traitors He will help us and change our hearts. So The Khilafat can stop American funded blasts.
Strategically the need of time is to clearly define our friends and enemies. Until we come out from this so-called ‘war on terror’ that is ‘war against Muslims and Islam’ such event will remain unavoidable completely. There is a lot of difference between USA government policies and interest and thinking of Pakistani people. USA wants to avoid Islam as a system of life whereas the muslim Ummah in general and Pakistan in particular wants Islam as a system of life. This is the ground reality and leaders of Pakistan need to realize it and quit the war first at the strategic horizon.
