Karachi: “Charter Inspection and Evaluation Committee” has introduced an online complaint system for students, parents and various university teachers. Pertaining to the growing complaints relating to local institutes and universities, an online system has been developed to meet the need. Taking notice of the issue, the charter granting institution, has stepped forward in the domain, where the complaints can be registered by the respective individuals from all over Sindh, including Karachi.
Since the last decade, it is for the first time that the committee has come forward with such a step. A separate ‘complaint window’ has been introduced in their website, which is open to complaint registration. Thereby, informing the committee about their issues. The details were provided by the EIAC Chairman Mashoor Alam at his office while briefing the media men. He further informed that there are several institutions which are producing BBA and MA graduates despite the incapacity to accommodate the undergraduates. Every year around thousands of students graduate to pursue their bachelors and masters degree. Mr. Mashoor said that there is need of devising strategy through which the competent people can reach to their respective markets.
Moreover, EIAC has introduced ‘data bank’, which requires all the institutes to deliver the admission details for the year 2014 to the body.
