In order to provide better service to the public with transparency, provincial government of KPK has taken another initiative. On the special instructions of CM KPK Pervaiz Khatak, Communication and Works Department has established complaint center for the general public. With the tagline, “Jawab Dena Hai, Hisaab Dena Hai”, Communication and Works Department KPK has published advertisements in leading newspapers of Pakistan.
This complaint cell will work actively to solve problems of public in the province and to provide them a platform where they can register their complaints regarding any corruption, negligence in the construction of any bridge and defects in any construction. People of KPK can call, fax or email their complaints regarding any issues related with the Communication and Works Department at any time.
To register their complaints, people of KPK would have to disclose their identity and provide valid proofs of irregularities for which they are complaining. Identity of complainant would be kept in secret and authorities will take immediate actions against people involved in those issues.
