Sargodha: Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry has taken notice of the death of Pakistan Muslim League’s Member of Provincial Assembly Tayyaba Zameer advocate, ordering Chief Justice Lahore High Court a probe into the suspicious death of MPA’s son.
According to sources, CJ Chaudhry took notice on-the-go while he was on a visit to Sargodha bar and was approached by Tayyaba Zameer who wanted to have a word with CJP one on one. She tried to approach him directly, but security interceded. When the CJ noticed her struggling to reach him, he ordered the security staff to let her through. She then sat by his side and had a detailed discussion with him.
MPA Zameer made a plea before the Iftikhar Chaudhry that her son, Zil-e-Subhan, 27, had died in a hospital suspiciously and there is surely something hidden in this case. After which, CJP ordered CJ Lahore High Court to inquire about the case.
