You may have seen these long eggs that were served to you in different restaurants and you may have wondered which chicken lays such eggs? Or you may have thought the chef is wasting the oval side of tags.
Firstly the whites and egg yolks are separated and are filled in different tanks, then they pour the whites which are boiled to make them hard then the egg yolks are filled. After freezing they are packed and transferred to their clients.
The factory is jointly owned by Denmark’s 300 egg producer.
