The Centralized Admission policy (CAP) is has now been changed to Sindh E-Centralized College Admission Program. This new change has been brought under the current government setup that has Dr Ishrat-ul-Ibad as the governor of Sindh, Bilawal Bhutto as the patron-in-Chief, Syed Qaim Ali Shah as the Chief Minister of Sindh, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro as the Senior Minister fir Education and Literacy Department and Dr Fazlullah Pechuho as the secretary of education and literacy department.
The centralized admission policy was introduced in 2000 by the education department to give admissions in class XI in the colleges and higher secondary education. The main objective was to streamline the process of admissions and to provide equal opportunities for all the students based on merit and preference. This system has been digitalized now and is now named as Sindh E-Centralized Admission Program.
Candidates can fill in the form online. First the candidate should download the brochure carefully and then select the desired colleges. Fill the form completely and carefully as after clicking the submit button, the candidate cannot revert back. Now print the online form, 60 rupee challan and attach a photocopy of the form with the admit card, mark sheet with the form and submit it to the nearest Sindh Bank Branch. The list of successful candidates will be submitted on the website of education and literacy department sindheducation.gov.pk.
