Dhaka: Former Australian player and Bangladeshi Cricket Team coach Stuart Law has resigned from his position of Bangladesh cricket team coach. Law has sent a resignation letter to Bangladesh Cricket Board and stated that he is reigning from the post due to personal reasons.
The reason of resignation is believed to be his reservation in touring Pakistan. He was feeling insecure in touring Pakistan later this month and has also informed the board of his decision, earlier.
Bangladesh Cricket board instructed him to go with the team, upon it he resigned from his post as he was not in favor of touring Pakistan.
Meanwhile, few Bangladeshi players including Shakib Al Hasan, Nasir Hussain and Tamim Iqbal have also refused touring Pakistan to play an ODI and a T20.
