Bahria Town Peshawar is the latest project by Bahria Town Group which will offer luxurious houses, bungalows, apartments, residential and commercial plots through installment plans.
It is spread over an area of 100,000 Kanal and will consist of around 200,000 plots, apartments, villas, luxurious bungalows, small and big houses for all including lower, middle and high class. This makes it the biggest real estate project not only in Peshawar but in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The launching date of the biggest project of Peshawar is not revealed yet but it is expected that it will launched in first quarter of 2020.
Malik Riaz, founder and chairman of Bahria Town Group claimed that it will be completed in the shortest possible period time of three years.
Bahria Town Peshawar Facilities:
The project will consist of all modern facilities and amenities including:
- Mosque (Grand Jamia Masjid)
- Ultra-Modern Cinema House
- Commercial Mall
- Theme Park
- Underground Provision of Electricity, Gas & Water
Malik Riaz revealed that renowned architects from around the world will be hired for the project, with construction & security standards which will be same as projects in Qatar and Dubai.
30% quota from the project will be fixed for overseas Pakistanis giving them an opportunity to international standard living in Pakistan and a great investment opportunity.
Bahria Town Peshawar is located on Charsadda Road near Northern Bypass and M2-Expressway, where from many years a sign board read ‘Bahria Town Peshawar’.
While others believe that the land acquired by Bahria Town is located on GT Road between Peshawar to Nowshera Road. The exact location & map will be revealed when Bahria Town will launch the project.
Prices & Payment Schedule:
Currently no details are available about the size of the plots, covered area of the apartments and rates of commercial plots. But it is expected that like previous projects interested people will be asked to submit application form for their desired plot or apartment.
After balloting successful candidates will be asked to pay the token amount and start their installments. As the project will be completed in 3 years it is expected that there will be 36 monthly installments.
Marketing & Sales Office:
The marketing & sales office of Bahria Town Peshawar was inaugurated on Dec 5, 2019 by Malik Riaz. It is located on Bahria Town Peshawar, Near Tarnab Agriculture Research Institute, Main GT Road.
The booking, application forms purchase and submission and other activities will be initiated from this office soon. Contact details, last date for application and other information will be revealed after the launch of the project.
In 2015 Malik Riaz revealed about the project saying that it will be launched in 60 days but then the project was delayed.
