After the news spread Bahria Town had to announce that it has no project in Gwadar, it also dismissed the claim that Bahria Town is planning any project in Gwadar, Turbat, Pasni or any city in Balochistan. Dismissing the false rumours which were circulated by some property dealers

Bahria Town advertised notices in major newspaper and warned people about the false bookings of Bahria Town Gwadar claiming that those who are paying such dealers will be responsible for their own loss.
They also indicated that legal process will be initiated against such dealers who are falsely using the name of Bahria Town.
