WASHINGTON: Diplomatic sources have said that no nuclear issues will be discussed during the visit of Army Chief General Raheel Sharif to USA next week. The sources told while mentioning the importance of regular consultations between Pakistan and US Defense officials that Indian defense minister will also be present in America during the visit of Army Chief.
Another source told if USA raised the issue of nuclear agreement, Pakistan in response would raise the issue of cold-blooded behavior from India. It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan has been raising this matter repeatedly that India is increasing aggression by setting up airbases and military bases near the boundaries of both the countries.
According to America media reports, the US officials will stress on Pakistan to review its nuclear policies during the visit of Army Chief General Raheel Sharif. The report told by referring to an unidentified US source that Pakistan’s fear is baseless concerning Indian aggression.
However, diplomatic sources say that 21 troops of Indian military are right now exercising in Rajasthan state in order to prepare active strategy against Pakistan. According to sources, Pakistan’s nuclear deal with the United States is not bilateral, adding that our nuclear program is organized in view of the growing threat from India and only India can address our concerns.
