Nikah Ceremony of Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa’s son Saad Bajwa was held in Lahore. The event was arranged in the simplest manner.
Saad Bajwa got married to daughter of businessman Sabir Hameed. The Nikah of Saad Bajwa and Sabir Hameed’s daughter was solemnized by religious scholar Allama Saqib Raza Mustafai.
The Nikah Ceremony was attended by close relatives and friends of both groom’s and bride’s family. In the event of Nikkah famous religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel was also present.
On Friday 2nd November, General Qamar Javed Bajwa arranged an event of Mehfil-e-Milad. This event was one of the main events of Saad Bajwa’s wedding ceremony.
In the event of Mehfil-e-Milad, Army Chief invited dignitaries, diplomats, peers, and custodians. The event was started at 05:40 PM on 2nd November.
An invitation card was sent to guests some ten days ago before Mehfil-e-Milad event.
Earlier in 2016, General Bajwa arranged Mehfil-e-Milad after former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif approved his appointment as COAS.
