Amazing Dua From Quran To Increase Your Memory

A frequent question which is asked by students of islamic knowledge is how can we increase our memory? Is there any verse from the Quran which we should recite? Is there any dua which we should seek?

When Imam Waki bin Jarrah, a great Islamic scholar was asked the same question he said ‘ Abandoning sins’ is the best way to increase your memory. Similarly we should also take care of our diet because to work efficiently our brain needs nutrients.

There are many benefits of Honey in ahadith that’s why Imam Imam Al-Zuhri recommended honey for increasing memory.  Imam Zuhri recommended raisons claiming that it is good for Brain.

The dua of Prophet Musa (as) is the best dua which we can use while praying to Allah for increasing our knowledge. The dua is mentioned in Surah Taha verse 25 & 26.

(Moses) said: My Lord! relieve my mind (25) And ease my task for me; (26)
