I think its a wonderful communication of an accurate message by an extraordinary orator to all those whom he really wanted to convey. For commoners like me it might be an irrelevant tak or just a drama but he was not interested in people like us at all during the whole tak. Now there are a few questions which are to be answered.
Firstly who were the targeted audience of altaf bhaee??? this tak was not about anything but Karachi and he was taking to all those who matter for karachi and who know at the equivalent level of the orator himself. His song, dance, pauses and repetition was so perfect that i m really impressed.
But can an impressively successful communication of a threat at such a level to the senior most authorities of my beloved country be accepted from the land which is not a place of honor for any patriot of Pakistan!!!!! No! it was an international humiliation of Our land of pure and i think should not be tolerated at any cost. This ideology of threat to kill a person or a nation should not be spared alive in the minds of those who think it only way to dominate !!! Lets’ love all in karachi and hate this message of hatred and separation!!!
Real problem as I see it is PPP and ANP are not accepting MQM as a representative of people of Karachi n HYD. They want to break hold of MQM to get better share for themselves and to vanish bargaining power of MQM in senate/NA. Shame on Zulfiqar Mirza that he took help of violence and terrorism to spread fear and shed blood of innocent people to get his objectives. ANP is with anyone who is against MQM.Its a fact that MQM is one of most organized party. Its majority of leadership is from middle class, not land lords, business tycoons and as Abbas Ather said sometime ago that they have brought middle class people in assembly.
The biggest proof is those 6-7 years in Musharraf regime when they were accepted and given space and were given real power. everybody then saw what constructive works they did in KHI and HYD. and there is no reason they can’t do it on national level.
