3. Residential plot of 240 sq-yds has Booking fees of Rs. 3,00,000 with monthly instalment of Rs. 15,000. The yearly payment is Rs. 1,00,000 and the total cost of the plot is Rs. 21,60,000.
4. Residential plot of 250 sq-yds has Booking fees of Rs. 3,00,000 with monthly instalment of Rs. 15,000. The yearly payment is Rs. 1,15,000 and the total cost of the plot is Rs. 22,50,000.
