Airblue Limited is a private airline that is operating in Pakistan. It’s head office on the 12th floor of the Islamabad Stock Exchange Towers in Islamabad, Pakistan. Airblue is operates scheduled flights with the youngest crew among the other Pakistani airlines. It operates 30 daily services that connect about four destinations in Pakistan and various international destinations. Its services are available for Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar. It also flies to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Muscat, Jeddah and Riyadh. Its main base is located at Jinnah International Airport.
Air blue’s fleet consists of next-generation Airbus A320 and A321 aircrafts. It is led by a team of experienced members in the industry. It has incorporated unique innovations and advanced aircrafts to give its customers security. It allows ease in making payments and reserving seats through its online reservation systems, online reservation hold/in person payment at various locations, electronic document handling and mobile airport check in procedures. E-ticketing was first introduced by airbus in Pakistan. It also introduced wireless check-in and self check-in kiosk facilities. Airblue offers discounted fares, standard fares and premium fares for its customers. Those willing to travel light can go for the discounted fares that allows only 1 carryon bag to save extra charges on check in baggage. These seats are available in a limited quantity. The standard fares will allow 1 baggage and 1 carryon bag. The ticket can be refund or changed with a standard fee. The premium fares include 2 check in bags and 1 carryon bag. The premium class is ideal for those who are unsure about their travel plans. The premium ticket gives the customer the leisure to change their ticket with no charges.
Airblue also offers a frequent fly program known as Blue Miles that will start at the base level providing the passengers free signups. Once the passenger has enough miles, upgrades are provided to the Blue Card followed by the Platinum Card. Passengers going to local destinations are asked to check in 2—1/2 hours before departure, while those leaving for international destinations are asked to check-in 4 hours before departure.

My uncle, Mr Shameem Sabira very decent and well reputed personality of pakistan travelled alongwith his son and grand son from Jeddah to Lahore on airblue flight no.471, seat no 1a,1b and 1c on 4 July 2017. While on board once asked air hostess Ms Saima for a clean up service on which her exoressions were very rude and unbecoming . Which really hurt the passengers as it was not expected out of a qualified and experienced cabin crew. She argued in a very arrogant manner and upon launching of an official complaint behaved in a more unbecoming behaviour. However, her another colleague intervened and the issue was settled for time being. Being frequent travellers of the airblue, my uncle shameem sabir and his son Rashid shameem felt it really bad and felt it appropriate to take this matter to the authorities of airblue. If cabin crew and other staff will behave in such disgusting manner than your airline will be deprived if the vintage of our family members and friends in future. I’m sure that this complain will be addressed as a priority case..

It is being informed to in your kind notice i book my family return ticket (Wife & Son) from lahore to sharja for 8 nov. 2017 to 05-02-2018 on for 90 days visit visa. Believe me flight three time cancel when my familay reach at lahore air port air blue repeating same date three time and they informed us only night time when all offices close. now today my faimlay go back to pakistan lahore on 05-02-2018 but they informed me night 10:00 clock on dubai time so tell me dear air blue managment how i arrange another flight bcoz if my familay stay more in uae uae gove put fine 350 AED/person for one day.
mean three time flight cancel while my familay came from pakistan and one time while they go back to pakistan and air blue give me hlep line number for clarification another flight beleve me i waste my 50 AED mobile card but noboday pic my call.
