Qaylula or afternoon nap is a Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) which was practiced by his companions and Muslims from 1400 years, but now some studies from western countries are also emphasizing on afternoon nap.
There are many leadership, time management and sleep management courses being offered around the world which are telling people to get at least 20 minutes nap during day time between 1-3 pm because it boosts their brain.
Many people complain that they are in office during this time or are busy in university and can’t take the 20 minutes nap. The easy solution to it is you can take 20 minutes nap easily during your lunch break.
Similarly university students will also receive a 15-30 minute break between there lectures and they can take a small nap during this time. Initially you may face problem getting sleep but later it will become part of your daily schedule.
