Researchers at University of Florida after detailed research have recommended not to refrigerate some food items, especially tomatoes.
Because cooling tomatoes below 12 Celsius changes its taste, it actually stops the substances which create the special flavor of tomato.
It is also said that refrigerator reduces the nutrients from tomatoes and the benefits which are required by our body are not provided.
That’s why the researchers are asking not to refrigerate tomatoes so that they will be better in taste and will also be better for your health.
Some claim that it causes diseases such as cancer but no detailed research has been done on this claim.
