Mirpur: The Pakistani cricket star, Shahid Afridi, stated to media reporters that he will leave the cricket team the very day he feels to be burden for the Pakistani team. He said that he will leave the team before people start bad mouthing him and said that it is not possible to make runs in every match. His intention in every match is to earn a win for Pakistan whether it is through his bowling or batting.
Afridi stated that it is still to be seen that for how long the effects of the Pakistani win will haunt the Indian team. He further added that he will keep on performing for his team till he deems himself as physically fit and as an important player for Pakistan. He also said that he has given equal attention to both batting and bowling.
He responded to the question of which whether the Bangladeshi innings was better or the Indian, by saying that both the innings were equally crucial for the team. He also said that his long experience in the International cricket means that he doesn’t require a coach and he was well capable of coaching himself.
A player primarily needs to be motivated and supported and the current coaches are well trained in this respect as they are able to keep the players attitudes positive.
