Lahore: National Cricket Selection Committee (NCSC) has shown up a green signal to make Abdul Razzaq part of the squad against South Africa series. Before the selection, selectors want to take his fitness test. It is likely that his test would be held on 24 September.
It is pertinent here to mention that Abdul Razzaq had represented the Pakistani team for the last team in the year 2012. For quite long time, he is not part of the squad. He says that he is ready to give the fitness test anytime.
While talking to the National Cricket Academy (NCA) Lahore he said that he is totally fit and desperate to represent his national team. The all-rounder said that if he gets selected for the matches against Sri Lanka and South Africa then he would bring victory to the team through his performances. He spoke that he had talked to the NCA selectors.’ They have asked me to continue my practice and said that they would consider my name while forming the team’, he added.
