Pakistan will face South Africa today in the fourth One Day International (ODI) at Durban. The match will start at 1:00 PM PST and will be telecast live on PTV Sports and Ten Sports in Pakistan. South Africa are leading 2-1 in five match ODI series.
Pakistan cricket team has a very good record at this venue as they scored 351 for 4 (highest innings total record) in the 2006-07 season which included Shahid Afridi’s 77 off 35 balls. Pakistan won that match by 141 runs.
Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq is hoping that his fast bowlers start performing at restrict South Africa batting line up whereas South African skipper AB de Villiers is confident of winning the match and series. South Africa won first ODI by 125 runs at Bloemfontein. Green shirts won the second ODI by 6 wickets whereas South African were winner in the last game which was a high scoring match at Johannesburg South Africa scored 343/5 in their 50 overs thanks to Hashim Amla and AB de Villiers centuries. In reply Pakistan were bowled out for 309 in 49th over. Shahid Afridi scored 88 of 48 balls which included five 4’s and seven towering 6’s.
