Charsadda: Former Captain Pakistan Cricket team Younis Khan have yet again shown interest in taking back captaincy of the national team, saying that if Cricket Board offers him captaincy then he would certainly think about it.
While talking to media at his place, Younis said he is never been involved in match fixing and the corrupt elements could never dare to contact me as I spend my most of the time in hotel room after the match during tour matches.
He said that the match fixing saga has caused considerable insult to the nation and the media is held much responsible for it who reports stories without any verification which results in disgrace of the country.
Triple Century scorer batsman held the view that India has kept International cricket hostage and dependent on IPL and economic force. Huge involvement of commercialism in cricket has significantly reduced the quality of cricket, he said. He further expressed that if he managed to keep up his form and fitness, he would retire from International Arena after making Century of Test Matches.
