The Digital Learning and Skills Enrichment Initiative’s registration period for free online courses has begun, according to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) (DLSEI).
In order to help Pakistani students develop new skills, the HEC is working with Coursera, a US-based online course provider, to offer online courses under the DLSEI.
The last day to register for DLSEI is January 20, 2023, according to the information.
More than 6,000 online courses in a variety of subjects, including business, computer science, information technology, data science, language learning, biological sciences, and personal development are available to students and graduates.
About 100 of Coursera’s partners, including Amazon, IBM, Intel, Google, Yale University, Duke University, Imperial College London, and John Hopkins University, contributed to the creation of these online courses.
Registered participants can also receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course, which they can use as evidence to an employer that they are knowledgeable about modern tools and abilities required for a globally competitive career.
