Karachi: International Cricket Council (ICC) has agreed for a six match Twenty20 International Series between Pakistan and Australia, scheduled to play in August right after the on going series against Sri Lanka.
The decision has been taken during a meeting of ICC Executive Committee in Kuala Lumpur on a special request of both Pakistan and Australian Cricket Board to increase the number of T20 matches in the series.
The series would be played in UAE which is also the major reason behind the maximum number of T20 matches, reducing ODI matches due to a hot and scorching weather in the country.
